Sheridan Boucher

Sheridan went to Husson University in Bangor Maine to pursue her Degree in Exercise Science and graduated in 2022. Sheridan Has been a personal trainer since 2021, and started working on her own as a personal trainer at LA Training until she opened Bodi Bar in May of 2025. Sheridan specializes in strength training with a focus in muscle gain and fat loss, helping clients with chronic pain finding relief through exercise, and rehabilitation after injury. Sheridan has experience with all ages for personal training, and takes a holistic approach to meeting her clients goals. Each session is goal focused.  Aside from personal training, Sheridan offers 1:1 sessions on a reformer or mat class to further expand your personal fitness and flexibility.

Hi! I’m Gabrielle - an ACE Certified Personal Trainer specializing in wellness coaching, confidence building, lifestyle habit development, and strength training. I believe that everyone is worthy of feeling good in their body and mind.

I’m local to Bangor, Maine, and proud to bring my services to the Bodi Bar community. With a background in psychology, exercise science, and leadership development, plus plenty of personal experience, I combine science-backed strategies with a heart-led approach to help people of all ages and abilities become the best version of themselves.

Personal training is for every body. Whether you’re new to movement, returning after a break, or looking to level up your routine, my approach is inclusive, encouraging, and tailored to you. Breanne is the founder of Iron Femme LLC and a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through ISSA. She specializes in women’s strength training and personalized habit-based coaching that adapts to each client’s unique needs. Her approach is science-backed, highly individualized, and rooted in understanding the female body—including support for cycle tracking and syncing workouts and nutrition to hormonal phases.


Brianne works with women who are ready to train with intention, lift with confidence, and make lasting changes that align with their lifestyle and goals.
